Symfony 0.6.2 Sandbox Script

This is for people who still use the old Symfony 0.6.2.
Get the script from here and execute it so:
sh ./symfony_sandbox.sh
This is largely plagiarized from the create quickstart script from the Symfony SVN but changed to make the pake install work.
